I am easily annoyed

"Kau tak takut ke kalau membela orang yang bersalah?" - the most common sentence you heard from others when people know that your ambition is to become an advocate and solicitor.

Well my question is how can you be sure that person is really guilty when the person has not been judged yet?

You can declare a person is innocent or guilty only when the court has produce its verdict because the court will produce judgement after considering all evidences and arguments from both sides.

You can never say a person is guilty before the court's verdict because if you do so, you are committing fitnah.

In Islam, fitnah is a sin and the sin is greater than murder. [2:191]

Note that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Article 5(3) of the Federal Constitution provides that "Where a person is arrested he shall be informed as soon as may be of the grounds of his arrest
and shall be allowed to consult and be defended by a legal practitioner of his choice."

Nemo judex in causa sua+Audi alteram partem= Natural Justice

Think before you say anything or you will just end up disclosing your stupidity.
